ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION

TBS was one of the leading B-schools in India. It was a constituent of a university that also ran other programs. Since its establishment in 1995, the B-school had grown impressively and achieved widespread recognition from the industry, academic circles, and professional bodies. The school offered graduate, post graduate and PhD programs in Management to a cross-section of students, executives and professionals across India. The academic units of TBS were organized around five departments: Finance & Accounting, Marketing & Strategy, Economics, Operations & IT, and Human Resources Management. The faculty pool was a blend of people from the industry and academia. As on March 2013, TBS had 170 faculty members categorized as Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors and a few Research Scholars with teaching responsibilities...
